The Bridge for Youth Bridge Bash 2020: A Celebration of 50 Years of Giving Hope to Runaway & Homeless Youth

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
July 15, 2020

The Bridge for Youth Bridge Bash 2020: A Celebration of 50 Years of Giving Hope to Runaway & Homeless Youth

Minneapolis, MN – The Bridge for Youth annual fundraiser Bridge Bash will be held on Thursday, July 16th at 7 – 7:50 p.m., with all proceeds going to support programs and services for runaway and homeless youth.

“Bridge Bash 2020 is a celebration of 50 years of giving hope to runaway & homeless youth. The virtual event will be Emceed by Heidi Wigdahl of KARE 11 and showcase the voice and art of youth complimented by rich and expressive performances from local artists Dessa, Niles and Jamela Pettiford. Over 6,000 youth are homeless every night in Minnesota. They are not homeless by choice. They are not homeless with their family. They are alone. The need for our services – and your support of The Bridge for Youth – remains critical more today than ever. I welcome you into The Bridge community as you join us at the Bridge Bash this Thursday.” – Lisa Mears, Executive Director

Event sponsors include Carmichael Lynch, Xcel Energy, Dolezal Creative Design + Build, and Bremer Bank.
