From Vision to Reality
The Mobile Youth Outreach Center makes it public debut today! Committed to meeting the changing needs of youth in places and spaces they feel safe, nearly a year ago, we envisioned evolving and expanding street and site outreach with mobile outreach. Special thanks to our lead funder World Childhood Foundation USA, and our Youth Action Board for your energy ideas, and input in the design and brand of the bus. Back in July guests at Bridge Bash had a an exclusive sneak peek – check out the video highlight below.

Now Accessible to Youth around the Twin Cities
The Mobile Youth Outreach Center is a safe place for all youth and is available at local schools, partner site locations, community events, and in neighborhoods around the Twin Cities metro area. Bringing services directly to youth, The Mobile Youth Outreach Center brings mobile intervention to meet immediate basic needs – healthy food, gender affirming clothing, resources for harm reduction and safety planning, assessments and referrals, case management, and most importantly, connection through both 1:1 in-person and virtual support. Youth are able to find sites and locations to access the bus, by visiting the YSNMN app or online at ysnmn.org
The Mobile Youth Outreach Center is making appearances at select events and partner site locations to raise awareness and allow our enthusiastic supporters to share in its much anticipated arrival. If you’d like to visit the bus, like our Facebook page.
