Did you know 40% of homeless youth identify as LGBTQ+. We celebrate LGBTQ+ youth every day, especially in June! Happy Pride month!
The Bridge provides a safe place for every youth who walks through our doors. All are welcome.

Call for Donations!
#COVID19 has impacted all of us. Homeless youth often lack the necessities that many take for granted. You can help by purchasing items from our Target and Amazon wish lists.
Your Gift Makes a Difference!
Thanks to the continued generosity of our donors, The Bridge impacts the lives of thousands of youth and families. Please consider making a gift today to help ensure the vital assistance we provide is available now and into the future.
2020 Marks the 50th Anniversary of The Bridge for Youth!
To celebrate this anniversary, every month throughout the year we will highlight Faces of 50 recognizing some of the thousands of individuals who were impacted by The Bridge and who have contributed to our efforts to serve homeless and runaway youth.
This month Faces of 50 features Robert Kraemer who is a former Bridge for Youth program participant. Almost 20 years ago Robert found So What If I Am with the help of his teachers and friends. So what if I am is the longest running support group in the Twin Cities for LGBTQ+ youth experiencing family rejection/conflict, bullying or emotional distress. All are welcome. No referral required.

Special thank you to our spring interns Olivia, Nichole, and Beck who each graduated with Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from St. Catherine University.
We’re grateful for the work they do serving youth during their time at The Bridge, and proud of the difference they will make later on in their careers.
